Feladatok
- Assist O2C Market Customer Care teams with daily operational activities
- Responsible for Customer order administration
- Responsible for capturing customer orders accurately and efficiently into the ERP system
- Collect and register inquiries, requests, claims, returns from external and internal customers in a timely manner, based on predefined priorities
- Handle and track customer complaints, resolving within own area of responsibility or by coordinating with other functions
- Ensure all activities comply with Opella policies, O2C Core Model processes, and Good Distribution Practices
- Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives
- Support ongoing projects with administrative tasks
- Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis
Elvárások
- Ongoing university studies in Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration (active student status in Hungary)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluent English knowledge

Munkaidő
- 20-30 hour availability/week
- Long-term student job
Amit kínálunk
- Months 1–3: gross HUF 2,400/hour, from the 4th month onward: gross HUF 2,600/hour
