Logistics Intern

Feladataim

• Assist supervisor to finish the daily operations of vehicle sales and logistics operation for the business of regional area.
• Maintain and update databases about daily operations of vehicle logistics, like Gate-in, customs, transport, retrofit, Gate-out , and delivery to dealer/distributor warehouse.
• Coordinate with HQ or global branches for production and shipment fulfillment to ensure timely delivery to contracted partners.
• Cooperate with the Product and Finance teams to obtain the necessary documents for submission to factoring bank for vehicle delivery.
• Monitor incoming shipments and organize relevant processes for inspection and distribution to final destination.
• Provide regular sales and inventory reports as required.
• Finish the temperory work assigned by line-manager.

• Proficiency in data processing, forecasting, and planning
• Strong sense of responsibility and interpersonal
• English and Mandarin as working language
• Strong competence in Excel for data analysis

• Ability to learn fast and ambition to grow within the organization
• Supply chain or international trading knowledge
